Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do we get a bin?  Fill in the account form and choose the service you need. You will then be sent payment information, once payment has been received you will receive your bin and login details for the booking of collections.  Your bin will be automatically delivered within 14 days.

  • My suburb is not listed?  If your suburb is not listed above email us directly to ask if we service your area.

  • What are the costs?  Bins are $70 upon the start of the service.  There is a $50 service fee for bag and bin collections annually.

  • Does the bin have to be full?  Yes, please ensure your bin is full before booking your collection to be cost-effective, you can add extra bags to your collection if need be.

  • Do I need to book seperate bag and bin bookings?  No you can book your bin and bag on the same booking form.

  • When do I receive my collection money?  We aim to process your collection within 3 days however we do allow 10 business days for your direct deposit to be finalised.

  • What kind of bags should I use?  Strong garbage bags or similar, cardboard boxes and crates are not suitable.

  • Is there a set day for collections?  We are working on streamlining the collection days however as we are trying to ensure that once you have logged your collection we are able to complete within the 7 day period your days at the moment may change.

  • Do I get notified of collection day?  Yes we have turned on email notifications however we do not send out sms notifications.

  • Do I get notified when my collection is paid? No we do not notify you of when we have paid you, if you do need this please email us directly to discuss.

  • Do we need to book to come to depot? No just come when we are opened

  • How do I book a collection? Preferrably you book your own collections online, if you need us to book them for you there is a $5 admin fee per booking charged.  If you don't have your log in details please email us directly to ask for them.

  • Do I need to put my bin on the street?  No, you are better off leaving your collection inside your property to prevent theft.k. However please leave notes on your booking form for the driver to locate the collection.
